We create a unique experience for our VIP clients, assisting them with any lifestyle requests 24/7. If you are an organization guru and love making people's lives easier and brighter – this vacancy is for you! What will you be doing? * Being a personal assistant for VIP clients: handling ~30 chats and 15-20 requests per shift. * Organizing leisure and solving everyday tasks: from ordering flowers and reserving tables at restaurants to planning all-inclusive trips. * Obtaining tickets for exclusive events and matches. * Working quickly and efficiently, adhering to SLA (response within 5 minutes). * Demonstrating empathy and providing the highest level of service. We are looking for a candidate who: * Has a good command of English at B2 level or higher (mandatory!). * Is ready for an office format during the probation period (near Park Pobedy metro station). * Possesses empathy, proactivity, and a high level of service. * Can work in a multitasking mode and handle a large flow of information. * Is seeking a full-time job with a shift schedule. What do we offer? 💰 Decent income * Salary starting from 120,000 rubles (fixed + KPI).
