1. Technology currently used
- Session cookie: keeps the account session, security state and form protection. It normally expires when the browser session ends and is configured with security attributes where supported.
- arsvoim_lang: remembers EN, RU, KA, HY, ES, ZH, AR, PT, FR, JA for up to one year.
- arsvoim_package_currency and manual preference: remember the selected package-display currency for up to one year.
- Local storage: may remember interface mode, language and the current AI dialog identifier on the device.
- Admin session cookie: a separate Strict and HttpOnly session is used for authorised administrators.
2. Essential and preference storage
Session and security storage is necessary to sign in, protect requests, prevent abuse and keep the site functional. Preference storage remembers choices and can generally be deleted without losing the account itself, although the site may return to defaults.
3. Third-party services
If you choose Google sign-in, view embedded content or proceed to a payment provider, those providers may set their own cookies under their policies. Arsvoim does not control third-party cookies. Payment pages may be hosted by Bank of Georgia or another disclosed provider.
4. Analytics and marketing
Optional visitor analytics runs only after you allow it in Cookie settings. The arsvoim_analytics_choice cookie stores your choice for 180 days. When allowed, arsvoim_vid stores a random identifier for up to 180 days; the server stores its hash, page path without query parameters, time, referring website hostname and traffic source. Full IP addresses, full referrer URLs and contact details are not stored in this analytics system. Detailed events expire after 90 days; inactive browser identifiers expire after 180 days. Daily totals contain no browser identifiers and are retained. Refusal or withdrawal stops future collection and removes the visitor cookie. You can change your choice using Cookie settings on the site. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this analytics.
In the current Arsvoim iOS app, optional website visitor analytics and advertising cookies are disabled. Essential cookies for sign-in, security and preferences remain. Arsvoim does not use app data for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites for targeted advertising, or share it with data brokers. The website’s optional analytics choice described above applies to browsing the website outside the iOS app.
5. Managing storage
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in browser settings. Blocking essential session cookies can prevent login, security checks, language memory, package currency selection and other functions. You can also sign out to end an authenticated session.
