1. The platform
Arsvoim is an intermediary platform that helps users publish demand or offers for goods, services, work, property and other permitted categories, receive responses, use AI-assisted drafting and, where applicable, connect through a manager. Arsvoim is generally not the seller, buyer, employer, agent, contractor or party to a transaction between users.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering agreements. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, use one account responsibly and promptly update contact details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Arsvoim’s fault.
3. Publications and AI drafts
You may create a publication manually or with AI assistance. AI output is a draft and may be incomplete or wrong. Before submitting, you must verify the title, category, price, location, deadline, legal status, images and all claims. A publication may be reviewed before becoming public.
4. User content and licence
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Arsvoim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the period necessary to host, reproduce, format, translate, moderate, display and distribute the content for operation and promotion of the platform. You confirm that you have the required rights and permissions.
5. Prohibited use and content
You must not publish or facilitate illegal goods or services, fraud, stolen or counterfeit goods, weapons or explosives, controlled drugs, hazardous materials, unlawful financial schemes, sexual exploitation, trafficking, discrimination, threats, harassment, malware, surveillance abuse, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorised personal data, spam or misleading claims. Regulated activities may require licences and proof. Arsvoim may remove content that creates legal, safety or reputational risk.
6. Moderation
Arsvoim may use automated checks and human review to approve, reject, limit, edit metadata, suspend or remove content and accounts. Moderation does not certify legality, quality, identity or truthfulness. You may request reconsideration through support. We may preserve evidence of serious violations and report matters where legally required.
7. Responses, contacts and manager assistance
Contacts may remain hidden until the platform or manager confirms an appropriate connection. A response does not create a contract by itself. Each party decides whether to communicate and must verify identity, qualifications, price, scope, ownership, documents and safety before proceeding.
8. Transactions between users
Unless Arsvoim expressly sells a platform package, transactions are made directly between users. Arsvoim does not guarantee payment, delivery, condition, authenticity, qualifications, legality, employment, property title, performance, safety or outcome. Users are responsible for contracts, taxes, licences, insurance, due diligence and dispute resolution with the counterparty.
9. Auctions
Auction pages and bids are tools for collecting offers. Unless a specific page expressly says otherwise, Arsvoim is not an auctioneer and a displayed bid does not automatically transfer ownership or guarantee completion. Seller and bidder must agree the final contract, payment, delivery and authenticity. Public-auction statutory rules may apply where legally relevant.
10. Reviews and ratings
Reviews must be based on a genuine interaction, relevant, respectful and not manipulated. Arsvoim may investigate, hide or remove fraudulent, abusive or irrelevant reviews. Ratings are informational and not a guarantee.
11. Publication credits and pins
Credits allow submission of publications and pins allow temporary priority placement. A publication credit may be reserved when submitted, consumed when approved and returned to the platform balance when rejected under the current product rules. One pin is consumed when a publication is pinned. If you voluntarily unpin or close a publication, the used pin is not returned. Publications may have an active period shown in the interface.
12. Packages, prices and payment
Package contents, prices, currency and all applicable charges are shown before ordering. Currency conversions may be estimates; the final charged amount is shown by the payment provider. Payments may be processed by Bank of Georgia or another disclosed provider. You authorise the provider and Arsvoim to process the order and payment status.
13. Withdrawal, refunds and cancellation
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Rules for Arsvoim’s own digital packages, duplicate charges, failed payments and cancellation requests are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Transactions between users are not refunded by Arsvoim unless Arsvoim was the seller or received the payment for its own service.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform. Arsvoim may restrict or close an account for breach, fraud risk, security incidents, legal requests, non-payment or harm to users or the platform. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice or a way to appeal. Closing an account does not erase obligations or records that must be retained.
15. Intellectual property
The Arsvoim name, logo, software, interface, original text and platform materials belong to Arsvoim or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell or misuse them except as permitted by law or written permission.
16. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security events, providers, law and product development may cause changes. We may modify or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice where the change materially affects paid rights.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Arsvoim is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunity, user-to-user conduct, inaccurate user content, AI errors or a transaction outside Arsvoim’s control. You should use appropriate professional advice and safe payment and meeting practices.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt an amicable resolution. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities of Georgia, without removing any mandatory jurisdiction or remedy available to a consumer.
19. Changes and contact
